Privacy & access
We’re happy to sign an NDA before receiving a brief. We agree information-sharing and photography preferences with you, and arrange private entrances and in-room check-in with properties where available.
Arrivals & transport
We arrange chauffeur transfers and airport meet-and-assist, liaise with your aviation operator and coordinate with any accompanying security team. If timings change, your contact will update the arrangements and confirm any additional costs with you.
